Description
Anatomical ear jewellery
Anatomical jewellery is created by following the unique form of the body. Each piece is shaped directly from the curvatures of the ear, resulting in a precise and personal fit.
How?
The process begins with a studio appointment, where I take an impression of your ear using a skin-safe dental alginate. It’s a gentle material commonly used for medical molds. From this impression, I cast a detailed plaster replica of your ear. I then sculpt the jewellery directly on this model so the piece curves, hugs, and rests exactly along your ear’s anatomy. After the piece is completed, you return for a second studio visit to check the fit and make any final adjustments.
Why?
Because every ear is different, each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be reproduced. As the jewellery follows the ear anatomy so closely, the ear pieces are not interchangeable. They are made to fit the wearer.
As the jewellery sits naturally on the ear: secure and comfortable — it becomes part of the body. Not too loose, not too tight.
